Ceiling and wall systems for heating and cooling. The systems maintain comfortable indoor temperatures in all seasons. The systems consist of panels in which water or a solution of water and antifreeze circulates. The panels have a multilayer structure. In the front part of the panel there is a board made of plasterboard or metal. Behind it is a heat exchanger, which is made of aluminum. The heat exchanger contains a hydraulic circuit. Hydraulic circuits can be made of polyethylene, steel or copper. At the very back of the panel is insulation made of styrofoam or cotton wool. The panels are installed on the ceiling or walls.
